Lie on your back. Firmly press your feet against the floor. Press your hands against the floor at the level of your ears. Push with your hands and feet, lifting your pelvis and thighs. Move some of the weight on your hands. Put your right foot in the center and lift your left leg. Straighten your left leg. Let your head hang freely.
