Upward easy bow pose
Urdhva Adha Dhanurasana
Lie on your back. Firmly press your feet against the floor. Press your hands against the floor at the level of your ears. Push with your hands and feet, lifting your pelvis and thighs. Put the crown of your head on the mat. Put your forearms on the mat and clutch your head with your hands. Move some of the weight to your arms. Go back in the reverse order.
