Lower your left thigh and shin on the mat. Keep your right leg straight. Press your hands against the mat and arch softly. Bend your right leg. Try to grab your right shin with your right hand. Push against the floor with your left hand to the left of your leg. Pull your right shin back, arch more. Look up.
