Put your feet shoulder-width apart. Rotate both feet 90 degrees to the right. Rotate your pelvis and torso as much to the right as you can. Bend your right leg and put your hands on the floor. Lift your left leg parallel to the floor. Stretch your arms forward. Try to keep your arms, back and left leg in one line. Look down.
