Take the downward facing dog pose at a wall, with your palms and forearms on the floor parallel to each other and shoulder-width apart. Your fingertips should be facing the wall, and your forearms parallel to each other at shoulder width. Bending your left knee, step forward, keeping your right leg straight. Sweep your right leg in a wide arc toward the wall and kick your left foot up off the floor straightening the leg. Repeat this several times, each time a little higher.
