Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight legs
Lie on your back. Firmly press your feet against the floor. Press your hands against the floor at the level of your ears. Push with your hands and feet, lifting your pelvis and thighs. Put the crown of your head on the mat. Move some of the weight on your hands. Raise your head and let it hang freely. Straighten your legs. As you go back, go down on your head first.
