Sitting on your heels, lower your head on the mat. Keep your arms alongside your legs with your palms facing upwards. Draw your thighs away from your feet and move them forward, perpendicular to the floor. Move your weight forward to your head. Touch the mat with the crown of your head. Press your chin against your chest. Relax your shoulders.
