    SPECIAL PRANAYAMA CLASS with Patricia Walden
    Friday, November 20, 5:00 - 7:30 pm
    Class meets at St. Mary’s Church, 8 Inman St. in Central Square, Cambridge.
    $27 drop in :: This special pranayama class is included as part of the Friday Level III/IV/Aspiring Teachers series.


    Special guest Leslie Freyberg will be joining us at 4:15 pm to lead us in chanting the 2nd pada of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali. We will resume our pre-class discussion of the Bhagavad Gita the following week (November 27).
