INTRODUCTION TO IYENGAR YOGA with Jarvis Chen
Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Summer I: July 5, 12, 19, 26
Summer II: August 9, 16, 23, 30
$13 drop in :: $47 for four class series
This class is geared towards beginning students and those who are new to the Iyengar method. As it provides an introduction to the foundational yoga poses, it will prepare you to understand the types of instruction and language you will hear in our regular Iyengar yoga classes. Students are strongly encouraged to sign up for the full 4 week series. This introductory series may be taken multiple times.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL CLASSES

The Summer Term runs from July 5 through August 31, 2010.

Classes meet at St. Mary’s Church, 8 Inman St. in Central Square, unless otherwise noted. Drop-ins are welcome. However, to ensure your place, students are strongly encouraged to sign up for the full series of a class. To pre-register, please contact the teacher listed.

Up to TWO missed classes may be made up in another class of the same length. Summer series make-ups must be used by August 31, 2010.

For health reasons, please bring your own mat to class.
