Elizabeth O’Shea has been studying yoga with Patricia Walden since 1976. She has also studied with many prominent teachers including B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, India. She was certified in the Iyengar tradition and now she follows her own voice in training others to learn and teach this sacred art of yoga.
The annamaya kosa, the outer sheath of our being, is the external encasement and expression of one’s individual spirit. Iyengar yoga’s rigorous demand for the precision of alignment in the asana beautifully sets the foundation for the spirit to be in the moment, full of life and vitality. The sadhaka, the practitioner, is thus able to penetrate deeper inward from the periphery to one’s sacred core.”
Elizabeth welcomes all to explore the enlightening journey of Yoga with her!
