Our passion for yoga and the belief that many people are looking for a way to feel better lead us to open our studio. We are excited to be offering a variety of Yoga stlyes as well as a host of healing modalities in one location. Because of our proximity to 495, our facility is easily accessable.  We love to teach yoga and wellness to adults, children, and teens with busy lifestyles.

We use our cozy treatment room for massage, pre-natal massage, reiki, polarity and cranio-sacral treatments.  You may call for appointments any time, day, weekend or evenings.
