Aid alignment and ease into poses with the assistance of these durable, lightweight blocks from Gaiam. Light but sturdy materials make these easy to pack in your yoga bag. Measuring 3" x 9" x 5½" these will give you the extra reach or extra stretch to transform each yoga pose.

I bought one of these, did not actually know what I would use it for, when I got it home I realized this was
excellent for calf stretches and it has exceeded my expectations - now off to buy more. fabulous fabulous; everyone check them out
