Despite the new agey name, this book is exceptional.

Cope's ability to intricately describe the life events and
struggles of his patients, friends and aquaintances, to see
deep into their patterns, histories and psychoses is truly
riveting. He equally compelling self analyses, after a mid
life crisis adn faield relationship adn ten years at kripalu
yoga center, allow su to deeply know the author as he
helps us also get to know oursleves.

The book takes people's surface struggles, digs deep to
undertsand them, and along the way, gives us poignant
relevant lessons in Jungian psychology, ancient Indian
mythology, yogic recognition of one's body and abilities.
It's accessible and truly amazing how deep Cope goes.

You will be changed.
