I am a very lame person |

This is a great DVD. As a teenager my cross country coach always told me to stretch. I did not believe him. Now I am 43 with back problems and foot problems. I talked to people who told me yoga may help ( orthodics did not). I worked on the moves for 2 weeks and now do the 17 minute routine every morning. I feel like a kid again. Much calmer all day. I will never be as flexible as Patricia, but personally have improved over the last month. This video is excellent and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Patricia Walden is excellent at introducing the basic asanas (poses) for beginner's just learning how to do yoga. She is extremely flexible, but this should not put off people interested in yoga. Perhaps if we viewed her as the heights of practice and what is truly possible, then perhaps we also could attain some level of flexibility and awareness when practicing asanas. If you are just starting a yoga practice at home, this would be a terrific introduction.

Have been using this dvd for over two weeks now and can tell a difference in my body-especially my neck and legs, which were so stiff. Great way to learn and begin my journey with yoga. If you are just starting out at home with yoga, buy this dvd and use it everyday to get started.

This was to hard for me. It was too fast for me and I am not as flexible as she is, so it made it difficult for me.

If you are a beginner I highly recommend this. After starting yoga I have seen the benefits it can bring me. You can become more flexible, less stressed, and aware of your daily posture. Yoga can give you a chance to explore your inner self. I practice yoga regularly and can't imagine a day without it! I am looking forward to exploring more of Patricia Walden's videos/dvds.
