You need to be aware of how your simple yoga routine is being run. You have to keep your body comfortable and prepared the right way with an environment that is comfortable and easy to work in. The needs to keep a clear environment during yoga are important. Your mind and body have to concentrate well if you want to get the best possible workout going.
You have to see that the place you are practicing your routine in is quiet. This includes a spot that doesn’t have any sounds coming around it. This includes keeping doors and windows closed so no sounds can come into the area that you are working in. You need to focus on your workout and be as focused as possible. Yoga involves being meditative, so you have to keep this in mind as you are working out to keep your body energized.
You then need to find positions that allow your body to breathe easy. Every person has different breathing needs in a simple yoga routine and has to be controlled carefully. You can breathe deep and slow while keeping yourself relaxed and calm.
Another tip for your routine is to see that the climate in your area is comfortable. This includes finding a climate that is cool and capable of keeping you from being too hot, (provided that you are not going to perform Bikram yoga—in which case a high-temperature environment is necessary).

You must avoid yoga in rooms where the air is stuffy and is not moving around well. A room like that could negatively influence your ability to breathe.
