Pregnancy Yoga Exercises to Support Your Body

You can handle many yoga exercises even if you are pregnant. There are a few pregnancy yoga exercises that can be safe to work with because they will not involve any twists, abdominal contractions or other substantial movements that might harm your unborn child. These moves should be used to help you out with keeping your body in focus and to potentially keep from suffering from some of the physical problems that come with pregnancy.

The Warrior pose is one such exercise to use during pregnancy. This is where you will bend one knee forward with the other leg straight back while the arms are in the air. This should be done with the torso straight. It has been found to keep backaches in pregnancy from becoming problematic.

The Hero pose is a move that is done by sitting on your ankles with your knees on the ground. This is used to get the arches on your feet to stretch out and to become a little stronger. This is a necessity if you have been suffering from foot pains during pregnancy.

The Corpse pose is the last option to use. You can use this when lying down and can do it by stretching your arms and legs outward from your body. It should be done last in your routine.
