Pumpkin pie

Pumpkin pie
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 oz Butter
  • 14 oz Pumpkin
  • 3 tbs Plain yoghurt
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

Grate the pumpkin and mix it with 2 tbsp of sugar.

Squeeze out the pumpkin juice. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix them with butter and yoghurt.

Add the flour mixed with 1 tbsp of baking powder. Mix together again.

Mix in the grated pumpkin. Put the mixture into a preheated pan, smeared with butter. Bake for about 40 minutes.
